Some things that need to be paid attention to avoid un-comfort in service to you.

Condition and Rule

    • Check-in time for hotel is after 02:00 PM , with check-out by 12:00 noon on day of departure.
    • Extra / additional bed is subject to per person, per day surcharge.
    • Late check-outs or day use of your room is available until 18:00 hrs; the price is 50% off room rate or based on the confirmation made.
    • UBW rates include 21% tax and service.
    • All of the rates on ubw website may change without prior notice.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation fee charged by hotel, provider or supplier with whom the reservation, agreement or deal had been made. If such condition happened these amount will be charge to the clients. For hotel and villa usually one night cancellation fee will be charged, if there is a cancellation within 3 Days prior to arrival in a Low Season Period and 14 Days in a High Season Period and 30 Days in Peak Season Period. Non refundable for 'NO SHOW' cases. For other type of reservation such as Spa packages, transport packages, tours packages the terms might be vary, but we would mention it within our agreement or invoice.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

    • Once we confirm your booking we will keep noted that your booking Temporary Confirmed until we have received your Final Confirmation by completing the Credit Card Authorization Form or a copy of Bank Transfer if you pay by cash and send to us otherwise your booking will be cancelled automatically.
    • To final your reservation we absolutely request copy both side of your Credit Cards, Copy Passport Photo Page, fulfill Credit Card Authorization Form and signature which should be sent by fax to : +62-361-751143. Or If you wish to make payment via Bank Transfer, please transfer your money to our bank transfer (to be advise) and  send a copy of Bank Transfer if you transfer by e-mail or fax
    • Voucher or hotel coupon would in enamel or in fax if required

FINANCE RETURN PROCESS

  • All payment returns refers to cancellation rule of ordering.
  • If cancellation process is agreed [by] hence we will return payment in the duration of 14 workdays
  • Payment return with credit card is worn [by] cost equal to 3% from total of payments
  • Return with bank transfer of worn [by] cost equal to Rp 15000,-
