Overview

Villa Aya is a unique villa property located in Seminyak, Kuta, Bali, 25 minutes from the international Airport Ngurah of Denpasar Bali and 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach.
The property consists of 11 private villas with in total of 24 rooms; nine 2-bedroom villas with in between a swimming pool and two 3-bedroom villas with a connecting room and a third bedroom with a swimming pool in between. All villas are surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens.
All villas feature fully equipped kitchen with living room and dining area, swimming pool, private bathroom with individually controlled air-conditioned, safety deposit box, TV with international channels and in room movies, IDD phone service, audio set, mini bar, snack bar and free daily mineral water, King size bed, bathroom with semi open-air bathtub and shower, hair dryer and private parking places.

Villa facilities and services include 24 hours reception, 24 hours security, doctor on call 24 hours, laundry and dry cleaning services, free arrival transport from the airport, free shuttle bus to Legian and Kuta (according to time schedule), free shuttle to the beach (at anytime), free extra bed upon request, in room spa facilities, lounge reception, bar and restaurant, pool table.
All guest in Villa Aya will be greeted with Welcome Drink & Refreshing Cold Towel upon arrival and Tropical Fruit Basket in each room.

Facilities

2 Villa
This luxury villa consists of two (2) villa bedrooms on the opposite of each other (2 units) surrounded by the charm of an exotic tropical garden. Each villa has an unique outdoor kitchen completed with cooking facilities (dishes, toaster, blender, stove oven) refrigerator. For the convenience of the guest each villa has its own parking places.
The elegance of the atmosphere of Villa Aya comes from the combination of antique furniture and modern amenities in each room. Villas are equipped with audio set, colour TV with international, individual controlled air-conditioned, IDD phone, mini bar, semi open bathroom with separate shower and toilet, hair dryer.

Guests have their own private living room with a dining area a part from their bedroom. This is a special advantage for guests who like to have small gathering without the interference of one's privacy in their bedroom.
The exclusiveness of Villa Aya is completed with a private swimming pool in which guest can relax, enjoy and unwind their stay.

3 Villa
This villa consists of three (3) villa bedrooms of which two are connected and one is on the opposite. Therefore this villa is perfectly suitable for families of 6 person.
